Within the scope of Global Technology Needs Assessment project was carried out in 15 developing countries, WEG experts conducted the mitigation technology needs assessment for Georgia. The project envisaged identification of priority sectors, selection of preferred technologies in compliance with country’s development priorities, market analysis and developed the Technology Action Plans as well as Pilot Project proposals for the selected technologies. The work was conducted under arrangements and guidance of UNEP Riso center.
