WEG has conducted a comparison of different routes in terms of environmental and social impacts and possible mitigation costs, and preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment for the highway reconstruction project (about 40km length section) . The projects is financed by the State Budget, however compliance with the International Financial Institution’s (EBRD, WB, ADB) environmental and social requirements is requested. The Contractor is engineering company “Transproject”.
