Under USAID funded program “Rural Energy Development” implemented by Winrock International, in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy, WEG conducted a project on developing the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy legislation in Georgia.
Two draft laws: The Law on Energy Efficiency and the Law on Renewable Energy were formulated as a result of this effort.
