10^th meeting of Eastern Partnership Plaform on Energy Security was held in Brussels on October 10.  Murman Margvelashvili represented the Civil Society Forum together with Anton Antonenko from Ukrain. The meeting was devoted to stock taking of conducted work and achievements before Vilnius summit as well as discussion and adoption of a plan for future activities. The expectations of Vilnius summit were discussed in detail. The lead thematic topic for the meeting was nuclear safety where the results of stress test conducted after Fukushima in the European countries Ukraine and Armenia were presented.

The interventions of CSF representatives included quoting of the resolution of WG3 meeting in Chisinau, recommendation on emphasizing the regulatory independence in EaP countries and recommendation on closer cooperation between the EaP Platform 3 and EaP CSF working group 3.
