Under the UNDP project “Promotion of biomass energy use in Georgia” WEG developed biomass promotion website. The main goal of the web site is popularization of sustainable biomass use for energy and raise awareness of prospective users and investors.

The web site contains systematic information about biomass sources, their energy potential and use in Georgia as well as in other countries. It also describes modern technologies, interesting cases, and regulations and standards about biomass energy use. The web site  provides customers with updated information about interesting projects and programs in this field and will offer the list of businesses or individual entrepreneurs working on biomass issues.
